I doubt ANet would name the skill "Chewbacca's Pot Belly", but I can dream...

Gluttony
Attribute: Domination
Energy: 5e
Cast Time: 1 s
Recharge: 10~20s?
Description: For the next 1..7..10s, the next time target foe's Energy is full, for each point of Energy, target foe takes 2 damage and this Hex ends.

Uses: This would synergize well with Power Return and Energy Burn doing about 80 ~ 150 damage depending on the target foe's energy set.

If target foe is hexed with this, they can always switch to a negative energy set to minimize damage, or continue casting for the 10s, in which case, the mesmer can do something else.

Also would synergize well with Backfire or any of those, do nothing hexes.

Wastrel's Gluttony {e}
Attribute: Domination
Energy: 5e
Cast Time: 1/4s
Recharge: 10s
Description: If target foe's Energy is full, target foe takes 2 damage for each point of Energy.

Thoughts?

Gluttony would work under very rare curcumstances in my opinion and wastrel's gluttony would probably never work at all. In PvP it is very rare that in a battle someone has max energy in their bar.

Agreed.. It's tough to get someone at full in battle. The idea I had in mind was either use it as an opening spike or to use it to compliment Power Return.

How about this:

Gluttony
5s/1s/30s
For the next 1..7..10s, when target foe's gains Energy not through Energy Regeneration, for each point of Energy, that foe takes 1..8..10 damage.

So example, ZB Monk casts ZB on target less than <50%, ZB Monk takes 100 damage.

hahah.. just imagined how it'd be to slap it on a touch ranger. They cast OoB with this hex on they take 20% health sacrifice and 200 damage!

Something should be like, target foe takes 1-10 dmg for every point of energy don't have.

I actually very much like this skill. Mesmers could use some PvE skills, and I think these would make nice additions
